If your tracking number states that your package was delivered but was not received, please contact United States Postal Service. B. Luxe & Company is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
