Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time. However, we do offer exchanges for the same item in a different size.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. The shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

To begin the exchange process, please first send an email to info@bluxeandco.com. Once the email is received, we will review and provide return instructions.

Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with return instructions. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. All items must be returned in an unworn condition with all tags attached. Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
